Qualifications

• Bar status: Member of the Philippine Bar or awaiting results.
• At least 1 year work experience in a related field, preferably in a law firm.
• Persuasive communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Ability to comprehend complex matters and identify applicable laws and jurisprudence.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills.
• Ability to handle high caseloads.
• Must be willing to work in Taguig area.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze the law on complex issues and write briefs, memoranda, pleadings, letters, and documents for supervising lawyers.
• Analyze and summarize complicated legal documents, including contracts, and suggest alterations.
• Perform data gathering and case building for litigation preparation.
• Conduct due diligence in legal matters involving contracts, agreements, and incorporation documents.
• Meet with clients to understand issues for possible actions and remedies.
• Attend to corporate and representative clients.
• Prepare for trials and hearings and participate in legal proceedings.
• Provide updates to clients on hearings, meetings, and developments.
• Provide general legal guidance and support.
• Conduct thorough research and gather information relevant to a case; adhere to attorney‑client privilege.
