We are a Metro Manila-based general practice law firm handling litigation, administrative, corporate, and transactional matters.
We are also one of the pioneers of the remote law firm model in the Philippines. Our lawyers do not need to be in the office every day to do meaningful legal work. Research, drafting, document review, case coordination, and many client meetings are handled online using reliable digital tools and collaborative systems.
At the same time, our work remains practical and hands-on. When a matter requires personal attendance, our lawyers report for court and administrative agency appearances, physical filings, client meetings, hearings, conferences, mediation, conciliation, and other proceedings.
This setup gives our lawyers the flexibility of remote work while allowing them to gain real experience in legal practice. Associates work on actual client matters, collaborate closely with handling lawyers, and develop their skills in research, writing, drafting, case preparation, client communication, and advocacy.
Because our practice is remote, we value lawyers who are organized, self-directed, responsive, and comfortable using technology. We also believe that working remotely should not mean working alone. We prioritize clear communication, proper supervision, teamwork, and dependable client service—whether the work is done online or in person.
This is a remote position. Most legal research, drafting, document review, and coordination work may be performed remotely. However, the successful applicant must be willing and able to report in person for court and administrative agency appearances, filings, client conferences, and other work-related activities when required.
The ideal candidate can work independently while remaining responsive and accountable to the team. The candidate must also be professional in dealing with clients, courts, government agencies, opposing counsel, witnesses, and other third parties.
Conduct legal research and prepare case notes, legal memoranda, case digests, and practical recommendations.
Draft, review, revise, and finalize pleadings, motions, affidavits, position papers, demand letters, contracts, legal opinions, and other legal correspondence.
Appear, as assigned and authorized, before courts, administrative agencies, and quasi-judicial bodies for hearings, conferences, mediation, conciliation, and other proceedings.
Prepare thoroughly for hearings and conferences by organizing case records, exhibits, judicial affidavits, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with clients and witnesses regarding hearings, conferences, evidence gathering, and other case requirements.
Handle court and agency filings, including electronic filings where available and physical filings when required.
Monitor deadlines, orders, notices, hearing dates, filing requirements, and other case developments.
Attend online and in-person office or client meetings, gather relevant facts and documents, and provide timely updates in coordination with the handling lawyer.
Coordinate with courts, government agencies, opposing counsel, process servers, witnesses, and other third parties regarding scheduling, compliance, and follow-ups.
Assist with client coordination, matter management, and general case administration.

Punctual and adequately prepared;
Familiar with the relevant facts, legal issues, and case documents;
