The role involves attending client meetings, court hearings, and conferences, as well as coordinating with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders. The Associate will review and analyze laws, regulations, and case precedents to support client advisories and case strategy, and will assist partners in managing case files and transactions from initial assessment through resolution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati, requiring regular collaboration with the Firm’s partners, fellow associates, and support staff.
