Job summary

MegaLink,Inc. is seeking an IT Operations role focused onMonitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure. You will monitor servers, networks, and apps, analyze logs, and generate uptime and performance KPIs while supporting incident resolution and change management.

The ideal candidate has a degree in IT/CS and hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and Nagios, plus cloud familiarity. Willingness to work a shifting schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT infrastructure—including servers, networks, and applications to ensure system health and timely response to alerts and incidents.
• Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and potential bottlenecks.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on system availability, uptime, and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in routine system maintenance and support change management procedures.
• Enhance and maintain monitoring dashboards and tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios).
• Document incidents, resolutions, system baselines, and operating procedures.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IT operational policies, standards, and best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure monitoring, or system support.

• Solid understanding of IT systems, including Windows and Linux servers, networks, and cloud technologies.

• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios).

• Familiarity with log analysis tools and ITIL-based incident and change management practices.

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document processes and incidents clearly.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud is a plus.
