Qualifications

• 2+ years of Instructional Design experience or Content Development experience.
• Experience using Articulate Storyline 360 or Rise 360.
• Proven excellent communication and writing skills.
• Any course or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn needs analysis with stakeholders to identify gaps and objectives.
• Design end-to-end learning journeys, curricula maps, and modular structures.
• Develop engaging learning materials including eLearning modules and videos.
• Create assessments, rubrics, quizzes, and mock exams.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and developers for accuracy and relevance.
• Deploy and manage content on LMS platforms like Cornerstone or Thought Industries.
• Incorporate adaptive learning, gamification, and analytics to boost engagement.
• Troubleshoot content across devices and maintain version control.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Learning Needs Analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and learning objectives
  • Conduct learner profiling and audience analysis to tailor content effectively
  • Analyze job roles, tasks, and competencies to align training with business outcomes
• Curriculum and Course Design
  • Design end-to-end learning journeys, including curriculum maps, learning paths, and modular structures
  • Develop instructional strategies that support adult learning principles, including blended, self-paced, and instructor-led formats
  • Create storyboards, scripts, and course outlines that guide content development
• Content Development
  • Develop engaging and interactive learning materials such as eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments
  • Use authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise) to build digital content
  • Ensure content is accurate, inclusive, and aligned with organizational standards and compliance requirements
• Assessment and Evaluation
  • Design formative and summative assessments to measure learner progress and program effectiveness
  • Create rubrics, quizzes, case studies, and certification mock exams
  • Analyze assessment data to refine instructional strategies and improve learner outcomes
• Work with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Thought Industries) to deploy and manage learning content
• Integrate tools for adaptive learning, gamification, and analytics to enhance learner engagement
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure content compatibility across devices
• Project Management and Collaboration
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications throughout the design lifecycle
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and developers to ensure instructional accuracy and relevance
  • Maintain documentation and version control for all instructional assets
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• Any course or equivalent experience

• Experience using Articulate Storyline 360 or Rise 360
