Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC is seeking an experienced pre-sales professional to understand customer business and analyze system needs. You will provide pre-sales technical support for complex product and solution deployments.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned contributor who can train and mentor junior staff, work with limited supervision, and solve non-routine problems through analysis.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3-year experience in functional area.
• OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years functional experience, preferably at a senior level.
• Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
