Job summary

NCC Group Philippines is seeking an Associate Finance Business Partner to support the Delivery team's financial performance across the GMS and DFIR capabilities. This role reports to the Finance Business Partner, UK market, and will support as required.

This position involves analysing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to drive operational efficiency and profitability. Key responsibilities include Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, Reporting and Variance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: Support analysis of capability and market financial performance, including sales, revenue and costs.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and dashboards; highlight trends.
• Variance Analysis: Analyse variances and propose corrective actions.
• Collaboration: Work with Sales, Operations, Marketing to incorporate financial considerations.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
