Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is hiring an Associate Engineer for Product Engineering (Manufacturing) in Cavite. You will support test production, ensure continuous manufacturing, and drive QA, yield, and cycle-time improvements.

A degree in electronics/CE and strong communication skills are required. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of wafer/probe testing and familiarity with production handlers. This is a full-time, on-site role offering opportunities to work with cross-functional teams and grow

Responsibilities

• Test Production Engineering Support in Manufacturing and ensure continuous production of products.
• Maintain hardware and test setups; document product test requirements.
• Improve product test performance and QA/PPM/yield in manufacturing.
• Drive QA, yield, cycle time, and cost-reduction projects to timely completion.
• Lead training, special projects, and cross-group collaboration.
• Generate quarterly goals and facilitate status reporting to management.
