Project Management:* Manage the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure)* Develop and maintain projects plans, schedules and milestones* Ensure delivery of projects on time w/in scope, and w/in budget* Identify and manage risks, issues and dependecies2. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance* Collaborate w/ stakeholders across Operations, Engineer, IT and other busiiness functions* Facilitate project reviews, governance forums, and decision making sessions* Provide regular status updates and executive report* Act as the primary liaison between business and technical team3. Strategic Alignment & Value Delivery* Align projection w/ organizational strategy and transformation roadmap* Monitor KPIs and business impact* Support benefit realization and portfolio/program prioritization initiatives4. Resource & Team Management* Plan and optimize resource allocation across projects* Drive team performance, collaboration and accountability* Mentor team member and contribute to PM capability development5.
