You will work with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure robust test solutions, high-quality product launches, and continuous improvement of test methodologies.**Key Responsibilities:*** Assist in the development and validation of test solutions for new automotive products, including test hardware and software.* Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including product characterization, qualification, and data collection.* Execute test protocols, troubleshoot test issues, and analyze test data to identify trends or anomalies.* Collaborate with design, product, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical problems and improve product manufacturability and reliability.* Document test procedures, results, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.* Participate in process improvement initiatives, equipment maintenance, and lab organization.* Learn and apply relevant industry standards and quality requirements (e.g., AEC-Q100, ISO 26262) in project work.**Minimum Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).* Internship, project, or lab experience in test engineering, electronics, or semiconductor industry is a plus.* Basic understanding of test methodologies, semiconductor devices, and data analysis tools (Excel, JMP, etc.).* Hands-on skills with test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.) and basic programming or scripting (Python, C, or similar) are desirable.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.* Good teamwork and communication abilities.* Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, innovative environment.**Why Join Us?*** Launch your engineering career in a dynamic, high-tech automotive environment.* Work alongside experienced mentors and cross-functional teams.* Develop valuable technical and professional skills while contributing to cutting-edge automotive solutions.* Be part of a collaborative culture that values innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
