Job summary

MicroSourcing is building a new team to support a dynamic Australian telco space from the Philippines. You will lead a portfolio of process-improvement programs leveraging Lean Six Sigma, Agile and Human-Centered Design to enhance CX and productivity.

The role requires master-level Lean Six Sigma, strong leadership, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders while managing budgets (OPEX and CAPEX). Onsite, dayshift in Taguig with room for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading portfolio-level process-improvement programs with CX benefits.
• Expertise in redesign using Lean Six Sigma, Agile and Human-Centered Design.
• Strong people leadership with track record of building high-performing teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Experience in financial management, including OPEX and CAPEX budgets.

Responsibilities

• Identify key process improvements and ROI opportunities using analytics.
• Scope and drive complex programs with sustainable Lean Six Sigma solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align CX strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Lead a portfolio team, build talent, and drive engagement across teams.
• Coach trainees through Lean Six Sigma certification and career development.
