This role

A senior leadership position responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence across multiple fund accounting and client services teams. This role leads service delivery enhancements, manages resource allocation, and develops talent while overseeing complex, high‑volume operations. The position focuses on tactical execution, team performance, and cross‑functional collaboration to achieve departmental objectives.

What you will do

• Lead multiple teams across fund accounting and client services
• Drive strategic operational improvements and efficiency

• Direct resource allocation and capacity planning
• Develop and implement departmental strategies

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage
