IQ-EQ is seeking a senior Fund Accounting Leader to drive operational excellence and team performance within the fund accounting department.

You will manage a team of accounting professionals, oversee complex client relationships, and ensure high-quality accounting services with focus on people management and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive fund accounting/financial reporting experience with 1-2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Proven ability to review and approve complex financial reports and client deliverables.
• Skilled in resource allocation, capacity planning, and meeting deadlines.

THIS ROLE

A leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence and team performance within the
fund accounting department. This role manages a team of accounting professionals, oversees complex
client relationships, and ensures delivery of high-quality accounting services. The position focuses on
people management and operational efficiency while maintaining overall accountability for team
performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

• You have Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• You have minimum 8 years of progressive experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or related field with at least 1-2 years leadership experience
• You have strong understanding of fund accounting processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks
• You are proficient in reviewing and approving complex financial reports and client deliverables
• You are skilled in resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload distribution to meet client deadlines and deliverables
