Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking Associate Customer Success Managers to connect clients with Refinitiv products and enable adoption across their workflow. You will guide onboarding, educate users on content and technology, and collaborate with sales and account teams to identify opportunities for expansion.

The role focuses on customer outcomes, retention, and long-term value realization, working with multiple product lines across Sales & Trading, Investment Banking and wealth management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree ideal in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Computer Engineering
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-first attitude
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a quick learner
• Experience facilitating customer meetings and presenting to an audience clearly and convincingly
• Strong project management, technical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for financial markets and Customer Success discipline
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; interest in Python

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define business outcomes and deliver onboarding, adoption and loyalty programs
• Educate new customers on content and technology tailored to their workflow
• Monitor usage data and opportunities to create actionable insights
• Collaborate with product sales and account management on new opportunities
• Ensure customers derive maximum value and adopt licenses
• Build strong relationships with decision makers and users to influence adoption
