Job summary

Parexel Consulting is seeking an Associate to support qualitative research and client deliverables. You’ll work under the Project Lead to ensure timely, high-quality outputs and maintain effective client relationships in a collaborative, cross-cultural team.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field, 1–2 years of qualitative interview and data analysis experience, and proficiency with Atlas.ti or NVivo. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in qualitative interviews and data analysis.
• Proficiency with qualitative analysis tools (e.g., Atlas.ti, NVivo).
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, research, or consulting environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support qualitative research and consulting projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct and analyze qualitative interviews and generate meaningful insights.
• Apply established consulting methodologies and contribute to client deliverables.
• Collaborate with project teams and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships.
• Support project documentation, presentations, and operational activities.
• Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives
