Job summary

Parexel Consulting is seeking an Associate to support qualitative research and client deliverables. You’ll work under the Project Lead to ensure timely, high-quality outputs and maintain effective client relationships in a collaborative, cross-cultural team.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field, 1–2 years of qualitative interview and data analysis experience, and proficiency with Atlas.ti or NVivo. Fluency in English is required.

An Associate, under the general direction of Project Lead and Technical SMEs, takes responsibility for ensuring that client work is performed, and delivered on time, meeting the quality expectations of Parexel Consulting and the client.

An Associate would generally not act in a client facing role without support from line management.
