Join Parexel as a part-time Intern in Manila, contributing to clinical trial support and site management with a focus on quality and compliance.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with site activation tasks such as building Investigator Site Files (ISF), customizing study-specific forms and templates, coordinating local printing, and supporting domestic shipment of materials/equipment.
• Support site maintenance by aiding CRA and COA with study document scanning and collection for TMF uploading, managing investigator payment tracking for tax compliance, and providing administrative support during site visits.
• Provide administrative support during project close-out phases to CRA and COA.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet proficiency; knowledge of WebEx is advisable.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge and compliance with ICH-GCP Guidelines, international/local regulations, and Parexel procedures.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and local language proficiency as required.
• Flexibility to prioritize tasks and perform multiple assignments to meet project timelines.
• High commitment to quality work, effective problem-solving skills, teamwork, proactiveness, confidence, and a positive attitude.
• Good learning ability and action-oriented approach.
• Undergraduate student in any Life Sciences degree program.
