Job summary

Parexel in Manila is seeking a part-time Intern to contribute to clinical trial support and site management with emphasis on quality and compliance.

You will assist with site activation tasks, support TMF uploading, manage investigator payment tracking for tax compliance, and provide administrative support during site visits and project close-out.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and internet proficiency; WebEx knowledge is advisable.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge and compliance with ICH-GCP Guidelines, international/local regulations, and Parexel procedures.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and local language proficiency as required.
• Flexibility to prioritize tasks and perform multiple assignments to meet project timelines.
• High commitment to quality work, effective problem-solving, teamwork, proactiveness and a positive attitude.
• Good learning ability and action-oriented approach.
• Undergraduate student in Life Sciences.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with site activation tasks such as building Investigator Site Files (ISF), customizing study-specific forms and templates, coordinating local printing, and supporting domestic shipment of materials/equipment.
• Support site maintenance by aiding CRA and COA with study document scanning and collection for TMF uploading, managing investigator payment tracking for tax compliance, and providing administrative support during site visits.
• Provide administrative support during project close-out phases to CRA and COA.

About You
