SVEN – The Digital 1st Agency is seeking a Visual Execution and Production designer in Manila to craft high-quality digital artwork, print materials, and light video adaptations for diverse clients.

You will support creative briefs, source assets, perform post-processing, and ensure timely delivery. The role emphasizes strong software skills, collaboration with teams, and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous work in a digital agency environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of modern graphic design software and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality artwork for SVEN across digital materials, print materials, and basic video adaptations.
• Provide creative input to briefs, styling, asset sourcing, and post-processing of client assets.
• Ensure artworks are approved by supervisor and files are organized and backed up.
• Lead design tasks, coordinate with team, and manage brand accounts within project budgets.

VISUAL EXECUTION AND PRODUCTION

• Produce high quality artwork for SVEN on behalf of theirclients which are not limited to the following requirements:
  
  
  
  • ⦁Digital materials ranging from social media content, websitedesigns, digital ads and mobile apps.
  
  
  • ⦁Convert certain digital materials to video format withminimal animation.
  
  
  • ⦁ Print materials rangingfrom OOH Executions, Trade, retail, event materials, andPrint Ads.
  
  
  
  


• Provide creative assistance in achieving the overall brief by which are not limited to the following:
  
  
  
  • ⦁ Minor styling and productphotography
  
  
  • ⦁ Sourcing of vector, stock photoand font assets
  
  
  • ⦁ Post-processing of clientgiven and shot assets
  
  
  
  

CREATIVE THINKING AND VISUALIZATION

• Provide inputs and ideas during discussions and determine howbest to represent a concept visually


• Learn andunderstand details pertaining to the companys effectiveoperation and workflow.


• Exercise proper discretionin creating the design execution and determine which photographs,art, or other design elements to use


• Participate inbrain storming


• Take work from concept to finalexecution within deadlines


• Present completed ideasto clients/team members


• Produce sketches,storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas

ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING

• Make sure all artworks created are aligned and approved by theimmediate supervisor


• Make sure all files are backedup and the folders are properly arranged


• Take careof equipment unit


• Maintain an updated historicalfile of all creative material/artwork produced.


• Makesure all deliverables are met and on time.


• Abilityto plan and prepare for outcomes on the basis of priority andeffective management of time.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphicsdeveloped by Junior member


• Coordinate and cascadealigned information during discussions with the team


• Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers andprovide directions


• Manage own brand accounts andprojects, working within budget (if social media shoots) and otherrequirements.


• Confer with creative, art, copywriting,or production department heads to discuss client requirements andpresentation concepts, and to coordinate creative activities.

Requirements

• Previous workin a digital agency environmentis aplus!


• A strongunderstanding of modern graphic design software, includingproducts such asAdobeXD, Adobe Illustrator andAdobe Photoshop.
