Job summary

G U M A Architects Pacific OPC in Makati City is seeking an Associate Architect with strong REVIT and AutoCAD skills to lead design development and document production for renovations and new builds. You will coordinate with clients, manage projects, and ensure construction documents meet program requirements.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, proficiency in MS Office and Adobe tools, and willingness to relocate to Makati or Guam/Saipan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent with 5+ years experience.
• Must have REVIT and AutoCAD experience.
• Willing to relocate to Makati, Guam/Saipan, USA.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• English and Filipino language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop program statements.
• Prepare preliminary plans and cost estimates based on program.
• Prepare detailed design and construction documents.
• Provide project management from planning to construction.
• Assist in review of documents prepared by others.
• Select furnishings and finishes for various applications.
• Support Staff Architect on special projects.
• Maintain library of manufacturers' information and samples.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible scheduling as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
