Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in CS/ML or related field.
• Strong foundation in ML algorithms, deep learning, transformers.
• Experience with GenAI, RAG, embeddings, and AI agents.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TF, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Familiarity with MLOps, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design GenAI-driven solutions and agentic frameworks for compliance.
• Experiment with model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and retrieval.
• Develop, test, and maintain production-grade code for AI systems.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and other stakeholders to translate needs into tech.
• Lead code reviews and promote best practices for AI/ML development.
