You will work with the Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the team, ensure consistency, and collaborate with Retail Operations, Marketing, and Sales to deliver impactful visual displays and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with relevant Visual Merchandising experience.
• 5+ years in VM within retail.
• Able to work independently and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist to develop strategies to improve store ambience and display seasonal items.
• Lead the execution of visual merchandising strategies across channels.
• Prepare signage and support marketing requirements and events.
• Coordinate with planning, operations and other teams for store layouts.
• Develop visuals to boost sales and monitor competitive VM techniques.
