Havaianas Philippines in Cavite-Bacoor is seeking an Assistant Store Supervisor to lead the selling floor, inspire the team, and help drive sales while delivering world-class customer service.

The role emphasizes executing store standards, developing staff, and elevating the customer experience through effective merchandising, hands-on leadership, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years in college/vocational course.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Store Lead/OIC (Retail preferred).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with POS systems (Navision/RPro is a plus).
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by achieving sales growth and profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards; monitor expenses and stock.
• Maintain proper merchandising and highlight new arrivals; plan mall events and promotions.
• Lead and develop Brand Ambassadors; conduct team meetings and cascade product updates.
• Coach staff on delivering the Havaianas customer experience; ensure timely payroll submissions and incident reporting.
• Elevate customer experience by upholding selling standards and visual merchandising excellence.

We are looking for a driven and people-focused Assistant Store Supervisor who can lead the selling floor, inspire the team, and help drive sales performance while ensuring world-class customer service.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Driving Store Performance

• Support the Area Supervisor in achieving sales growth and profitability targets
• Execute and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Monitor controllable expenses and store supplies
• Ensure proper merchandising and highlight new arrivals on the selling floor
• Plan and maximize mall events and in-store promotions
• Complete daily store checklists to maintain smooth operations

Leading & Developing the Team

• Supervise and guide Brand Ambassadors
• Conduct regular team meetings and cascade product updates
• Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements
• Ensure timely payroll submissions and proper incident reporting
• Coach staff on delivering the Havaianas customer experience

Elevating Customer Experience

• Ensure consistent implementation of Havaianas selling standards
• Maintain visual merchandising excellence
• Train staff in handling customer inquiries and objections
• Lead by example in delivering energy, warmth, and brand enthusiasm
