You will focus on delivering excellent customer service, understanding shopper needs, and promoting the brand through proactive merchandising and team leadership. Responsibilities include managing store operations, supporting the store manager in meetings, and driving target sales while maintaining a clean, organized in-store

Competenze

• SHS or Graduate of a 4-year course.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience as assistant store manager in a retail/clothing store.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team player and can handle work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible in work schedule and location.
