Job summary

Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
• TESDA technical certifications related to HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems are an advantage.
• Safety Officer certification accredited by DOLE.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or site operations.
• Proven experience supervising technicians, contractors, and service providers.
• Prior exposure to large or mission-critical facilities such as power plants, industrial sites, or secured installations.
• Experience acting in a supervisory or deputy role is preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and security systems.
• Familiarity with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.
• Hands‑on experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System for work orders and asset tracking.
• Basic understanding of inventory control for tools, spare parts, and consumables.
• Working knowledge of OSH standards and ability to enforce site safety rules.
• Able to conduct basic safety inspections and participate in incident reporting/investigation as required.
• Capable of performing Site Safety Officer functions when assigned, provided the required OSH training is met.
• Experience conducting safety inspections and enforcing site safety rules.
• Ability to function as Site Safety Officer when assigned.
• Ability to lead and organize on‑site maintenance personnel.
• Strong coordination skills with central management or Program Management Division.
• Ability to plan work assignments and monitor task completion.
• Experience preparing operational and maintenance reports.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Attention to detail in documentation and record keeping.
• Ability to perform under pressure and take charge in the absence of the Site Manager.
