Job summary

Starair seeks an experienced Airline Security Manager to enforce security policies at airports. The role requires 7+ years in security, a Graduate degree, AVSEC and Screeners certifications, and Basic AVSEC training prior to deployment.

Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; strong customer service and passenger handling skills are essential. Responsibilities include supervising baggage movement surveillance, access control to aircraft, pre-flight anti-sabotage checks, and ensuring security

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in security or related field.
• Graduate with AVSEC and Screeners certification.
• Basic AVSEC Training certification prior to deployment.
• Strong English and Hindi language skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain surveillance over baggage movement.
• Perform security duties at B.M.A.
• Maintain surveillance and check Sticker.
• Manage access control into aircraft. All airline staff / loaders / cleaners entering the aircraft on duty will undergo security check.
• Conduct anti-sabotage pre-flight checks of aircraft.
• Guard the aircraft parked on apron.
• Be trained and certified in Basic AVSEC Training and screeners certification prior to deployment.

EXPERIENCE: 7 + YearsEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:Graduate, + AVSEQ & SCREENERS VALLID CERTIFICATION

1. Airline’s Security Managers are responsible for ensuring that all relevant security policies are implemented in the areas under their control. Where such responsibilities are delegated to Subordinate Managers, Managers must ensure that the subordinate managers understand fully what is expected of them.
2. Maintain surveillance over the movement of baggage.
3. He/she will perform security related duties at B.M.A.
4. He/she will maintain surveillance and check Sticker
5. He/she will maintain access control into aircraft. All the airline staff / loaders/ cleaners entering the aircraft on duty will undergo security check.
6. Conduct anti sabotage pre-flight checks of aircraft.
7. He/she will guard the aircraft parked in apron.
8. He/she will be trained and certified in Basic AVSEC Training and screeners certification by BCAS before deployment for security duties at airports.

Key Responsibilities
