Job summary

Chan Group Of Companies is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in the Philippines to support the Restaurant Manager in achieving store sales, operations, customer service, people development, and profitability goals through day-to-day restaurant operations and shift management.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, driving sales and profitability, ensuring policy compliance and food safety, and coaching store personnel to improve performance and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any course (Hotel and Restaurant Management or Business-related course preferred).
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
• Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution and high quality of service across all business channels.
• Support achievement of sales, FSC (Food, Service, and Cleanliness), and profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, labor, and operational standards.
• Monitor manpower deployment, customer service, inventory, and cost control.
• Lead, coach, and develop store personnel to improve performance and productivity.
• Handle customer concerns and help ensure excellent guest experience.
• Prepare and monitor operational reports, inventory, and administrative requirements.
• Perform administrative duties, such as organizing the office, filing documents, securing permits, preparing reports and implementing safety programs.
