Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food, hospitality, administration or business preferred.
• 1–2 years in a leadership role in a service industry such as retail, hotel, restaurant or quick service.
• Strong customer management orientation with ability to make decisions to meet customer needs.
• People management skills: coaching, developing and supervising a team.
• Knowledge of basic store operations with focus on standards, sales and profitability.
• Willing to work in SM San Pablo, Laguna.

Responsibilities
