Job summary

Grandspan Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Assistant QA/QC Manager to join our team in Binangonan Rizal. This full-time role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems across construction projects.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years in QA/QC within construction, with leadership experience and strong ability to read drawings, interpret specs, and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors. Training and development are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the construction industry.
• Minimum 5-7 years of QA/QC management experience with successful leadership track record.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting and managing QA/QC staff of 6-10 team members.
• Certification or training in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is preferred.
• Exposure to Structural Steel projects.
