Evernest is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support Property Managers in owner communications, leasing, maintenance, and inspections. You’ll help ensure operations run smoothly, maintain service quality, and contribute to Evernest’s national growth.

Qualifications

• Available to work U.S. business hours (EST/CST/PST/MST) as markets require.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

• Strong English communication to update the team clearly.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Property Managers on day-to-day operations across services.
• Respond to owner or tenant inquiries quickly with resolutions.
• Own critical administrative workflows to free PMs for strategy.
• Manage work orders, renovations, and reports in Evernest systems.
• Provide ad hoc support to help PMs anticipate issues.
• Attend and actively participate in PM and Market Leader meetings.
