Qualifications

• Graduate of BSBA Management or related field.
• Sales and Marketing experience or related fields.
• Ability to create and implement marketing plans and programs.
• Ability to train sales associates and personnel.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Ability to utilize equipment and manpower.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Driver's license Code 1, 2 restriction.
• Willing to be assigned in Pangasinan and perform fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales performance of ex-plant and route sales customers, including the commercial segment.
• Monitor Trade Accounts Receivable (TAR) and ensure on-time payment and collection.
• Conduct monthly sales audit for cylinder loan and 50kg LPG Manifold System.
• Update price book daily.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume performance.
• Ensure delivery of products to customers in a timely manner.
• Identify and open potential retail outlets and direct commercial customers.
• Coordinate Market Intel with Plant Sales Manager to implement competitive approach.
• Provide guidance and supervision over the Plant Sales Team.
• Monitor the team's performance and set goals and objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage risks in implementing strategic plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance; support internal audits.
