Job summary

Brenton International Venture Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Plant Operations Manager to oversee the daily production of cylinder refilling and maintenance, ensuring productivity and quality while upholding safety standards across the plant.

The role leads budgeting, inventory coordination, scheduling, and reporting, and works closely with QA, maintenance, and procurement to drive continuous process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• College degree in IE/ME/CE or related engineering discipline.
• PRC licensure is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the management of daily production of cylinder refilling and cylinder maintenance section.
• Develops strategic plans among productivity, quality assurance and control to satisfy product quality and customer demands.
• Ensure machineries and plant equipment are well-maintained and capable of daily operations.
• Budget management in control with daily operating expenses.
• Oversees daily operating expenses in purchasing materials and supplies.
• Schedule expenditure and ensure good plant budgeting and controls.
• Initiate decisive programs and corrective plans for operations management strategies.
• Develop improvements on the work process of daily operations setup to provide customer satisfaction.
