They leverage creative expertise through floor‑set updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge, and they serve as talent leaders by recruiting, training, engaging, and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non‑management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
