Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Manager, Strategic Space Planning (Healthcare) to lead equipment and furniture planning, procurement, and budgeting activities.

You will coordinate with user departments and stakeholders to develop tender specifications, provide technical tender recommendations, and support committees in evaluations while keeping project plans and performance indicators on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with project management and procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Support equipment and furniture planning, procurement, and budget control.
• Facilitate user workgroups, coordinate meetings, and monitor work plans and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with user departments and stakeholders to develop equipment and furniture specifications for tenders.
• Provide technical recommendations on medical, non-medical equipment, and furniture tender submissions.
• Support tender committees in evaluating equipment and services.
• Coordinate between user departments and consultants to ensure operational workflows, requirements, and design considerations are effectively documented and communicated.
• Support the wider planning team as required.
• Stay abreast of healthcare planning trends and issues to support the hospital's development objectives.
