Support the Hospital in infrastructure planning and development by translating clinical service needs into infrastructure requirements.
Plan and coordinate User Workgroup sessions, including preparing materials and facilitating productive discussions.
Work closely with Consultants and User Departments to understand requirements, develop design options, and achieve suitable design solutions.
Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines are met.
Review design proposals to ensure clinical, operational, technical, and budget requirements are properly addressed.
Liaise with User Departments to obtain the necessary approvals and sign-offs before construction begins.
Conduct site checks to ensure completed spaces are built according to the approved plans before handover.
Work with Consultants and MOHH to identify, track, and ensure proper rectification of defects.
Act as the key link between User Departments and Consultants, ensuring workflows, requirements, operational considerations, and ideas are clearly communicated and incorporated into the design and procurement plans.
Keep up to date with healthcare planning trends and developments to support effective hospital development.
Support the wider Campus Planning team on projects and planning matters when required.
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related Built Environment discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
