• Strong leadership, operational problem-solving, cash management, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening and closing routines, ensuring physical branch security, alarm checks, and cash vault protocols.
• Supervise real-time sales floor activities, maintaining high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and visual display compliance.
• Serve as the acting Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the Branch Manager, holding operational accountability for branch performance.
• Manage end-to-end inventory control, including stock receiving, cycle counting, stock transfer audits, and shrinkage reduction strategies.
• Supervise POS operations, daily cash drawer reconciliations, bank deposits, and transaction audit trails.
• Ensure strict adherence to company operational guidelines, health and safety standards, and local labor and commercial regulations.
• Lead, train, and mentor floor supervisors, cashiers, and store associates on operational workflows and customer service standards.
• Assist in drafting work schedules to optimize labor deployment during peak traffic hours.
• Resolve escalated customer grievances, handle complex returns/exchanges, and maintain high customer retention rates.
