Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a seasoned operations leader to head the graveyard shift planning team. You will ensure competency development, optimize work capacity, and maintain night-shift efficiency through robust scheduling and KPI monitoring.

Key responsibilities include overseeing service orders and contracts in ERP systems, aligning resources, and coordinating with planners, logistics, sales, and field technicians to sustain margins.

Qualifications

• Proven operational experience in Order Booking, Planning, and Service Operations.
• Demonstrated experience in people management, leadership, or senior operational coordination.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, BFS, or equivalent).
• Open to working night/graveyard shift schedules (3x on-site RTO requirement).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee backlog management, smoothing workload distribution over 3-month rolling horizons, and monitoring productivity KPIs (utilization rate, travel time, WO overdue rates)
