Job summary

BDO CMC is seeking an Assistant Manager – BSO to lead outsourced accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit support for multiple clients in the Makati area. You will manage engagements, develop client relationships, and guide the BSO team to deliver high-quality results.

You will oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting reviews, and tax matters, ensuring compliance with PFRS and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• 4–7 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, audit, tax or outsourced accounting services.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of audit coordination, Philippine taxation, internal controls and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of outsourced accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance and audit support.
• Manage client engagements and develop client relationships.
• Coach and develop the BSO team and oversee workload and performance.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and technology adoption in service delivery.
• Support business development and ensure professional standards and regulatory compliance.
