Job summary

CHROMA HOSPITALITY INC. in Metro Manila is seeking a Marketing Communications professional to strengthen brand awareness across CHROMA HOSPITALITY INC., Quest Hotel Tagaytay, Timberland Highlands Resort, and upcoming properties.

You will manage online and offline communications, oversee social media and digital platforms, and collaborate with hotel properties to develop campaigns, content, and promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing communications or a similar role.
• Creative storyteller with strong skills in campaign development, copywriting, and content creation across digital and traditional channels.
• Proficient in marketing and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work onsite in Muntinlupa City.

Responsibilities

• Manage online and offline communications to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Oversee social media and digital platforms, including content planning, caption writing, posting, community management, basic graphic support, and performance analytics.
• Maintain and update brand websites, EDMs, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with hotel properties to develop and roll out Rooms, F&B, and property campaigns, announcements, and promotional materials.
• Assist in developing social media and digital strategies to grow engagement and followers.
• Support copywriting for press releases, blogs, presentations, and group-wide campaigns, including roadshows and brand initiatives.
• Conduct competitor monitoring and keep the team updated on trends and industry benchmarks.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports on PR, social media, and digital marketing performance.
• Contribute creative ideas to strengthen campaigns and support the overall success of the Marketing Communications team.
