The Marketing Officer (Graphic Designer) will be responsible for producing visually engaging and brand-consistent designs that support our marketing, in-store promotions, digital presence, and overall brand identity. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and design visual assets for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, in-store displays, packaging, signage, and social media.
2. Collaborate with the marketing, merchandising, and retail operations teams to create cohesive visual communications.
3. Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
4. Create digital content such as website banners, email marketing templates, social media graphics, and ads.
5. Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special events with creative visual concepts.
6. Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printers or production teams as needed.
7. Keep up to date with trends in design, retail, and digital marketing.
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
