Qualifications

• Prior experience in Foods RM purchases and/or Agri commodities.
• Preferred technical knowledge on production and packing operations.
• Proficiency in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of raw materials within agreed cost targets and timelines.
• New vendor development for better price discovery and cost competitiveness.
• Explore procurement from alternate origins/mandis to drive savings and mitigate price volatility.
• Ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials to support production requirements.
• Support Soulfull initiatives with timely sourcing and availability of required raw materials.
• Procure export materials in compliance with destination country regulations and business requirements.
• Inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize supply disruptions.
• Price and availability forecasting for key raw materials.
• Develop and manage reliable supplier base to ensure continuity of supply.
• Ensure compliance with procurement and export documentation/processes.
• Track and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and sourcing trends.
• Identify and evaluate alternate sourcing locations, origins, and procurement models.
• Build supplier partnerships and continuously enhance sourcing capabilities to improve resilience and agility.
• Collaborate with NPD and cross-functional teams to support innovation and new product launches.
