Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree in any course; Behavioral Science or Management preferred.
• Effective presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency.
• License in traditional life insurance and/or UL products.
• Minimum 5 years of life insurance training experience.
• Creative thinking and flexibility; exposure in selling.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, monitor and measure Agent Activation, Case Count and Case Productivity and implement key strategies.
• Maintain high activation and productivity targets (4 in 30, 12 in 90) with engagement of leaders.
• Promote productivity through close coordination with agency leaders and MDRT Officer.
• Provide timely data and feedback to sales directors and agency leaders.
• Support training and segment marketing teams with programs and events and manage budgets.

We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.**Job Summary:*** Present key strategies in improving profitability and market share by improving and enhancing the activation of rookie agents* Influence sales performance and professionalism of the sales force as they transition to becoming members of the Achiever’s Club* Implement company objectives through training, client forum, small segment challenge, green activities and reactivation programs**Job Accountabilities:*** Evaluate, monitor and measure Agent Activation, Case Count and Case Productivity of the sector and effectively execute key strategies and programs to improve them* Maintain high Agent Activation and Case Productivity of agents doing 4 in 30 and 12 in 90 within the assigned sector while ensuring high engagement of agency leaders, sales directors, and other key players who are involved in driving initiatives and programs* Promote agents' productivity through close coordination and collaborations with agency leaders, sales directors and MDRT Officer* Provide timely data / feedback / analysis to sales directors and agency leaders on agents’ case productivity* Provide programs and initiatives to increase the number of core agents* Support Agent Training and Segment Marketing teams in training, hosting and other company-initiated programs and activities* Promote training programs offered by Pru Agent Academy especially programs offered in Pru Expert* Manage budget allotted for activation and productivity. Come up with small segment challenge that will drive high activation and productivity at minimal cost* Monitor attendance of all eligible agents to ensure completion of required training programs* Correlate training attendance to productivity and evaluate training content to meet the training needs of the agents* Conduct Bootcamps to reactivate non-producing agents as necessary Ensure Branches are able to conduct Green Acvtivities ie Training the Trainers & observes /gives feedback on conduct* Conduct advance courses such as Activity Management, Financial Wellness and Lead Generation Programs for agents* Evaluate effectiveness of initiatives and programs Conduct branch visits* Compliance - Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs and instruction are carried out and be familiar and understand Pru Life UK Compliance Standards.
