Children International Inc. is undertaking a significant organizational transition and integration initiative across multiple geographies to strengthen operational effectiveness, service delivery, and long-term impact for children and communities. The organization is implementing a 2 year “Project One CI: Integration, Growth & Sustainability” to support this transition, and the establishment of a shared services model. This role will provide dedicated accounting leadership and operational support during the implementation, integration, and stabilization of shared service operations across two legal entities: Children International Inc. and CI Philippines Inc. over this two-year period.

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Support Services, the Assistant Manager – Accounting is a newly created project role responsible for leading accounting, financial reporting, payroll oversight, compliance, audit preparation, and budget monitoring services for Children International Inc. and CI Philippines Inc. The role helps strengthen and standardize financial processes, controls, reporting practices, and service standards across both legal entities while ensuring continuity of operations throughout the transition
