Job Description

The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily SLAB and collateral management operations, including exposure monitoring, collateral trade bookings, recalls, returns, and ensuring accurate and timely settlements. The role partners closely with traders, sales, custodians, and control teams to ensure effective risk mitigation, operational excellence, and regulatory adherence.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in SLAB, collateral management, or securities settlements.
• Strong experience using U.S. domestic settlement systems such as DTCC and Fedwire (main requirement).
• Experience with Tri-party platforms is a strong advantage.
• Candidates without prior U.S. market experience may still be endorsed if they demonstrate strong operational capabilities and ability to learn complex settlement flows quickly.
