Qualifications

• Experience in laboratory supervision or quality assurance in a manufacturing or food industry setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and testing protocols.
• Familiarity with ISO 17025, HACCP, cGMP, and other relevant systems.
• Familiar with ISO 17025, HACCP, cGMP and related systems.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily laboratory activities including sample testing and documentation.

• Support QA and R&D teams in product development and process validation.
