Job summary

Drake International (S) Ltd is seeking an in-house lawyer with 2–5 years of relevant experience to draft and review commercial contracts, identify contractual risks, and support business units with legal guidance. You will manage contract renewals, advise on governance matters, and assist with board/shareholder documentation and coordination with external counsel.

• Law degree with 2–5 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in in-house legal, corporate/commercial or corporate secretarial roles.
• Strong English communication skills.
