JSK Hospitality seeks a hands-on General Manager-in-wuture role for a select-service/extended-stay property. The candidate will support the GM, lead department heads, protect financial performance, and uphold Courtyard by Marriott standards while growing into a GM role within JSK.

Support the GM in driving guest satisfaction, leading the team, protecting financial performance, and upholding Courtyard by Marriott standards at a hands-on select-service/extended-stay property. Ideal for someone ready to grow into a GM role within JSK.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with day-to-day operations.
• Lead/coach department heads and front-line associates.
• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores and online reviews.
• Support financial performance via revenue management, cost control, and budgeting.
• Ensure brand standards, safety, and company policy compliance.

Required

• Flexible shifts including evenings/weekends/holidays; physical ability to stand/walk and lift 25–30 lbs.

Preferred

• Specific Marriott brand experience and systems knowledge.
• Prior AGM or strong department-head experience with P&L exposure.
