CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. in Taguig City is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to ensure smooth operation of our client's facility in BGC, Taguig.

You will support daily operations, maintenance, and service delivery while fostering a safe and productive environment. You will lead a small team, collaborate with vendors, monitor performance, and help develop strategies to improve efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven facilities management experience.
• Strong knowledge of building operations and maintenance.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with facilities management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the assigned facility, ensuring optimal performance.
• Coordinate with service providers and contractors to guarantee timely, high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor facility performance and identify improvement opportunities with effective solutions.
• Assist in developing and implementing facilities management strategies and procedures.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost reports in alignment with facility costs.
• Lead and supervise the facilities team (3 Coordinators, 3 Technicians).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in planning and execution of facility projects and renovations.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and address requests promptly.
