Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Facilities Manager for our BGC, Taguig operations. The role oversees day-to-day facility operations, safety compliance, and budget management to ensure optimal building performance.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree with a strong Facilities Management background and experience leading teams. The position requires the ability to work a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, and to start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in handling both hard and soft services.
• Facilities Management background is required.
• Strong people skills to manage a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week including weekends/holidays.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources.
• Provide formal supervision to employees, train and develop staff, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Vendor and stakeholder management in soft services.
• Adapt to a shifting schedule including 24/7 operations and holidays.
