You will partner with EY’s executive leadership to shape programs, drive innovation, and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to understand objectives and opportunities.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships at CxO/Partner levels.
• Lead transformations and drive data-driven decision making.
• Develop roadmaps for PM, OCM, and design thinking initiatives.
• Lead complex projects from initiation to closure with timely delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to consulting methodologies.
